Patrick Moran brings executive leadership and project management experience in the defense, information technology, and healthcare technology fields. Past roles include having served as Program Manager for all Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts at MicroTech, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business and then Project Manager for Apollo, a health informatics company. In both positions, Patrick oversaw the implementation of strategic technology solutions to optimize business workflow efficiency and increase operational capacity.
Patrick also brings entrepreneurial founder experience. In 2013, he founded Fitizen, a non-profit holistic fitness organization that leads unique community-based initiatives across the country. In 2015, he founded Balance Paddleboarding, a social enterprise designed to improve the health and reduce litter of the Potomac River.
Patrick is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University. He lives in Alexandria, VA, where he is very involved in his community, serving as a member of the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce, Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) representative on the Alexandria Citizen Corps Council, and member of the Partnership for a Healthier Alexandria Steering Committee.
